How do I report a lost or stolen Starbucks Card?
Please call customer care on 020 8834 5050 to report a registered card as lost or stolen. Our opening hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Alternatively, please send an email to email@example.com.The balance of a lost or stolen registered Starbucks Card will be replaced from the date and time it is reported as missing to us.
Are Starbucks Cards accepted in all your UK and Ireland stores?
We have over 700 company owned and run stores across the UK and Ireland located in shopping centres and high streets which are able to accept Starbucks Cards. There are a small number of stores which are not wholly company owned and are not able to accept Starbucks Cards. These include our Motorway service stores in Welcome Break and Euro Garages, some railway station stores and concessions located within leisure facilities such as Centre Parcs, Village Hotels, Bourne Leisure and a number of our airport stores. Can I use my Starbucks Card when I travel internationally?
Starbucks Cards activated in any of the participating countries can be used to make purchases and be reloaded in any other participating country. Starbucks Cards must first be activated by loading money onto the card in the country of purchase before being used internationally. The participating countries are; UK, USA, Canada, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, Mexico, and the Republic of Ireland.

How do I sign up for auto top-up?
Auto top-up is a great way to get the most of your Starbucks Card. Auto top-up is available for registered U.K Starbucks Cards. You set the top-up amount and control when your card will be topped up – on a regular schedule or when the balance falls below a certain amount. After logging in to your Starbucks.co.uk account, visit the Card Management section and click on the Set Auto Top-Up link.
Once I have signed up for auto top-up, when can I expect the reloads to occur?
If you signed up for an amount-based top-up, your top-up will occur the day after your balance dips to or below the minimum amount you specified. For example, if you chose £10 as your minimum balance, and your balance drops to or below that amount at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, your Card will not be topped up until Tuesday. If you chose a date-based top-up, your top-up could take place the next day as top ups can take up to 24 hours. If you require funds in place on a given day, we recommend setting your top-up to occur the day before the money is needed.
