My Starbucks Experience Survey
We’re passionate about creating best moments and uplifting the everyday for our customers. Our customer experience survey provides a simple way for you to connect with us and share your thoughts about the time you spend with us in store.
Our survey contains a short series of questions about your order and the service you received with our partners (employees) in store. Your feedback is completely anonymous and will be used to support in how we work on any opportunities to improve your future visits. We greatly value your time and any feedback you can provide.
SMG (Service Management Group) Limited
Starbucks have chosen SMG Limited to run the survey on our behalf. SMG is a leading experience management (XM) provider in the market research industry. They pair their technology and survey platform with professional services to accelerate value for clients like us, and change the way they act on customer and employee insights.
How it works
Place an order
When you place an order through the Starbucks® UK App, in one of our stores or our drive thru lanes, you could be randomly selected to take part in a short survey.
Participate in the survey
Complete the survey on your device to be rewarded with an offer or Stars when you’re done.
Get your offer
If you complete a paper survey invitation, bring this back into store and redeem your offer on your next order!
If you complete a survey in the app, your Stars will be awarded within 24 hours!

Offer Terms
In-Store, Paper Survey Offer
Voucher entitles you to £2 off a £6 remaining transaction total (after any discounts or offers have been applied). Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, except those offered by Starbucks® Rewards and our own cup scheme.
Offer redeemable in store only by handing in the survey paper invitation to the barista when ordering, not when placing mobile orders via the Starbucks® UK app or Starbucks® Delivers.
Offer not redeemable on Starbucks Card activation or reload balances.
Approx 1 in 20 customers will be invited at random to participate in the My Starbucks Experience survey. This is subject to change, at our discretion.
Offer only valid on successful completion of the My Starbucks Experience survey. Once completed, the QR code on the paper invitation will become a £2 voucher.
The survey must be completed within 7 days from the date and time printed on your invitation. The offer is valid for 14 days from the date and time printed on your invitation (and will expire one minute before the time printed on the invitation).
Valid at participating Starbucks stores only. For exclusions, click here.

Only original invitations will be valid. Photographs, photocopies or scans will not be accepted.

Offer entitles you to 50 Bonus Stars on completion of the My Starbucks Experience survey in the Starbucks® UK app.
Approx 1 in 5 customers will be invited at random to participate in the My Starbucks Experience survey. This is subject to change, at our discretion, without advance notice to you.
Offer only valid on successful completion of the My Starbucks Experience survey within 7 days from the date of invitation via the Starbucks® UK app.
Bonus Stars may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account, from completion of the My Starbucks Experience survey.
Offer not available to employees of Starbucks or its licensees.
Offer is non-transferable. No cash alternative available.
