Starbucks^® Rewards General Offer Terms and Conditions

Structure
1. These general terms apply to all specific offers detailed on this webpage (https://www.starbucks.co.uk/rewards/offer-terms). These general terms are incorporated in, and should be read in conjunction with, the specific offer terms set out above. These general terms and the applicable specific offer terms set out above are together the Offer Terms. By participating in an offer, you agree to be bound by the Offer Terms.
2. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the applicable specific offer terms above and these general terms, the applicable specific offer terms shall prevail.

Redemption
3. Offer can only be used by persons aged 18 years old or over. Offer is for personal use only. Bulk or third-party use of any offer is not permitted.
4. Offer can be redeemed at participating Starbucks stores in Great Britain between the dates and times set out in the applicable specific offer terms detailed above. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable specific offer terms set out above, the offer cannot be redeemed at locations listed here.
5. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable specific offer terms set out above, the offer is not valid on orders made via Starbucks^® Delivers and cannot be used on a third-party app or website.
6. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable specific offer terms set out above, the offer can only be used once per customer.
7. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, except those available through Starbucks^® Rewards.
8. Offer is subject to availability. Product serving times in each participating Starbucks store apply.
9. No cash equivalent or alternative available. The offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Pictures or printouts of an offer will not be accepted.

Participation
10. Proof of identity (such as proof of age, address or other eligibility requirement) may be required to verify eligibility to participate in the offer, and failure to provide proof of identity may result in disqualification.
11. Starbucks reserves the right to exclude a customer from participation in the offer if Starbucks reasonably believes the customer has attempted to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the offer, the customer has improperly or fraudulently obtained or tried to claim the offer or the customer has not complied with the Offer Terms.
12. Starbucks shall determine whether a customer has already redeemed an offer and its decision is final.

General
13. Starbucks reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the offer if it considers it necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control (including but not limited to fire, industrial action, war, political unrest, riots or changes of law).
14. Usual data charges apply when downloading the Starbucks^® UK app, registering for Starbucks^® Rewards or participating in the offer.
15. Starbucks does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted access to Starbucks^® Rewards or the Starbucks^® UK app. Numerous factors outside the control of Starbucks may interfere with the operation of Starbucks^® Rewards. Starbucks shall not be responsible for loss, delay or corruption of any data in transit or any delay or failure when attempting to participate in an offer.
16. Starbucks shall not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of a customer participating in the offer, except to the extent that any death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of Starbucks or its employees. Nothing in the Offer Terms shall affect your statutory rights.
17. Starbucks shall use all personal data in accordance with Starbucks Privacy Statement, which forms part of the Offer Terms.
18. Starbucks^® Rewards Terms and Conditions apply and are available at https://www.starbucks.co.uk/rewards/ts-and-cs.
19. The Offer Terms, and any disputes arising out of the Offer Terms, shall be governed by and interpreted pursuant to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland in which case you can choose to bring a claim arising out of the Offer Terms in your local court.
